Our moving truck is available for use by charities and non profit organizations free of charge. Dear Craig, Thank you for generously allowing the Make-A-Wish Foundation to use your moving truck. In April we delivered furniture and accessories for Melissa who wished for a bedroom redecoration package. Melissa is now enjoying her newly redecorated room. Thank you again for helping to make Melissa's wish come true! Best Wishes, Kara Montee Dear Craig, Your recent donation of a moving truck for 5 days allowed us to give more than 1,000 children a holiday they wouldn't otherwise have had. Our greatest pleasure is having the ability to see the look of relief on a young mother's face as we tell her that her children will wake up to gifts Christmas morning, I assure you it is one the greatest feelings in the world. And it is all because of the generosity of people like you. Thank you again for your donation. Jean DeMaster Human Solutions

Thank you for supporting The Wetlands Conservancy. We truly appreciate the donation of the Reger moving truck. The moving truck came in very handy last Tuesday. I completed tasks that had been put on hold because I have not had access to a truck. I was able to recycle 200+ pounds of scrap metal and (4) 55-gallon plastic drums that were not of use to us anymore. I was also able to move various materials, used for resetoration activities, from our wetland preserves back to our Tualatin office. The Wetlands Conservancy is a nonprofit Land Trust dedicated to conserving wetlands throughout Oregon. Thank you for your support! Sincerely, Jennifer Schley
Craig, Just wanted to thank you again for donating the truck for our Holiday Store tihs year, with three loads of clothing, toys and household items, we were able to serve more than 200 families and about 1000 kids. Thanks for helping us touch so many lives!

Curb Appeal >A Beautiful Yard
Many people wait until they are about to sell their home before they put energy and attention into improving the landscaping. Then in a desperate attempt to create instant curb appeal, they call in a professional landscaper and spend a lot of money making the yard beautiful for the next owners to enjoy.
Why wait until you are ready to move to enhance your surroundings? Even if you don't want to take on a major project, you can plant a few bushes and bulbs each year. You can get plants that bloom at different times of the year, many of which don't need a tremendous amount of care. There are several benefits to this approach. You will be able to enjoy your improvements yourself, and you will profit more from your sale if you haven't invested a lot of money in your yard right before the transaction. Well-landscaped lawns tend to increase the real estate values in the whole neighborhood, and can result in a more rapid increase in the equity you have in your home!
