Craig M. Reger, GRI, Principal Broker
Craig Reger has been selling real estate in Portland for nearly 20 years. For the past fifteen years, he has been consistently recognized as one of Oregon’s top-producing Realtors. His tremendous experience, understanding and knowledge of the market bring a level of expertise and insight to each of our clients’ transactions that is simply second to none. He is able to skillfully negotiate and navigate through the most complex real estate transactions, and he has been recognized within Keller Williams, as well as within the Portland Metro community, for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results. Craig served as the 2011 President of the PMAR Million Dollar Club (MDC) and was honored as the 2008 PMAR MDC Broker of the Year. In addition to running the Craig Reger Group, he is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor brokerage office and Keller Williams Eugene- Springfield brokerage. He coaches and trains other real estate brokers throughout the Portland area. Though an East Coast native, Craig grew up in Beaverton, attended Aloha High School and has lived in neighborhoods throughout Portland, currently residing in the Cedar Mill area. He is an avid fisherman, and can often be found floating his drift boat down one of the local rivers. He is married with two children, Liam and Olivia.
Annemarie Reger is Team Leader of the Craig Reger Group. She manages the systems of the office including marketing, human resources, client relations, and accounting and is passionate about growth and ensuring that we provide an extraordinary experience for each of our clients. Annemarie is also a Mastery Agent Coach for Keller Williams International’s Coaching Company, MAPS, and coaches real estate agents throughout the country. She is a former Public Relations executive and Elementary School teacher. She graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Political Science and later earned a Master’s Degree from University of Portland. Active in the community, Annemarie has served on numerous Boards of Directors and volunteers her time for multiple non-profit organizations in the Portland area. She resides in NW Portland where she lives with her husband, Craig Reger and their two children. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Andrea Menzel is our Director of Sales and Lead Buyer’s Specialist. She oversees each one of our transactions from start to finish, ensuring all terms of the sale best meet the needs of our clients. Andrea trains, leads and supports our Listing Specialists, Buyer’s Specialists and Showing Specialists to ensure we are always exceeding our clients’ expectations. Having trained directly with Craig Reger for more than 4 years, Andrea has handled more transactions than most seasoned Realtors and as a result, is a strong negotiator who successfully positions our clients to obtain the best deal possible with the terms they want! From the initial consultation to closing, our Buyers enjoy the highest level of professional, client-centered services. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, Andrea is always looking to WIN for our clients! Andrea is a native Oregonian and graduate of Linfield College. Jim Cavanaugh is a licensed broker who specializes in working with Sellers and land development. Clients appreciate his thorough, proactive approach and clear understanding of the local market. Jim brings with him over 20 years of experience in real estate, civil engineering and construction project management with emphasis in the residential and commercial land development sector. Born and raised in Oregon, Jim is a graduate of Western Oregon University and a proud father of two outstanding young men. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, health and fitness and fly fishing the Oregon high lakes.

Tony Morgan is a full-time licensed Broker and works on our team as a Showing Specialist. He advises and assists our Buyers throughout the home search process and skillfully navigates them through the complexities of today’s ever-changing real estate market. With extensive experience in customer service, Tony is a perfectionist when handling client’s needs and is known for his hard work, dedication and exceptional communication. A resident of South Salem, Colleen specializes in working with homebuyers and sellers throughout the Willamette Valley. She has a track record of proven results with 17 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and 10 years as a marketing professional. Colleen has owned two Portland restaurants, both well received and acknowledged in the Portland food scene. Through her business ownership and experiences, she has created a network of industry professionals to collaborate with on various projects. Diana Short, a licensed Broker, works on our team as our Transaction Coordinator. She works with our Brokers attending to every detail of every escrow ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish for each of our clients. She has successfully closed hundreds of transactions and has worked through the most complex issues. Diana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and brings with her tremendous professional experience in customer service and client relations. A Northwest native, Diana loves enjoying the outdoors- riding ATVs, swimming and skiing. She is also passionate about art and traveling to new places. Diana is married and has two children.

Lindsey Culver is a full time Showing Specialist and has been a licensed realtor for almost ten years, with more than 18 years working in the customer service industry. Lindsey thrives on helping people achieve their goals, and recognizes that purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. Our Buyers are always in great hands with Lindsey as her real estate knowledge, customer service and responsiveness are simply second to none. Committed to professional excellence, Lindsey also serves as the 2015 Oregon State Governor for Women’s Council of REALTORS, and is also a State director for the Oregon Association of REALTORS. She is a University of Oregon graduate and in her free time she enjoys being with her family and coaching club volleyball for Athena Volleyball Academy.

Ashley Almqvist-Ingersoll is our licensed transaction coordinator who works directly with Craig and Ben to ensure each detail is managed for every Seller from start to finish. Handling all aspects of our proven marketing system, Ashley closely monitors all showings and feedback from prospective buyers keeping our Sellers in the loop every step of the way. She has extensive administrative and customer service experience with a background in hospitality, legal and financial services. Ashley is a graduate of Willamette University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. She enjoys reading cooking, hiking and going on adventures with her husband and puppy.

Emily Rosumny works full time assisting new home buyers just beginning their home search or home sellers who are in the first stages of the home selling process. Working directly with both our Buyers team and Seller team Emily strives to give our clients superior customer service at every turn ensuring a smooth home buying or home selling process. Emily has a strong administrative background and is recognized for being highly detail-oriented and organized. She was born and raised in Portland and holds a BA in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago, as well as a Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Georgefox University. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 year old son.

Bethany Huntley manages the behind the scenes systems and administrative components of the office keeping everything running smoothly for our clients and team. She expertly handles the paperwork for our clients throughout the listing and escrow processes. In her spare time shes like to rock climb, and enjoys the outdoors with her coon hounds.

Heidi assists homebuyers and home sellers who are just getting started in the process. With 20 years of customer service experience, she is an expert at guiding our clients through the initial stages of their home search and listing processes, which can often feel overwhelming. Clients appreciate her warm demeanor and pro-active communication. Heidi is a Northwest native and knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods throughout the Portland Metro area. She lives in Beaverton with her 3 year old son and together with their dog Frank, they love to enjoy Oregon summers camping and hiking.
Donna Austin is a licensed broker who works with our sellers as a listing specialist. Donna brings an extensive professional background in law, mediation, and financial advising to the team. Donna’s professional background and her strong communication and negotiation skills allow her to expertly guide sellers through every step of the home selling process. Donna is hard working and dedicated to her sellers’ success. Clients appreciate Donna’s warmth, intellect, and keen understanding of their needs and the real estate market. Donna has a law degree and a master’s degree in counseling. She is the mother of a wonderful teenage daughter and enjoys weightlifting and exploring Portland in her spare time.
