Craig M. Reger, GRI
Craig Reger has been selling real estate in Portland for nearly 20 years. He and the Craig Reger Group have been consistently recognized as one of the country’s top-producing Realtors and real estate teams. His tremendous experience, understanding and knowledge of the market bring a level of expertise and insight to each of our clients’ transactions that is simply second to none. He is able to skillfully negotiate and navigate through the most complex real estate transactions, and he has been recognized within Keller Williams, as well as within the Portland Metro community, for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results. Craig served as the 2011 President of the PMAR Million Dollar Club (MDC) and was honored as the 2008 PMAR MDC Broker of the Year. In addition to running the Craig Reger Group, he is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor brokerage office and Keller Williams Eugene-Springfield brokerage. He is also Area Director for Keller Williams Realty Northern California/ Hawaii region. Craig coaches and trains other real estate brokers throughout the United States. Though an East Coast native, Craig grew up in Beaverton, attended Aloha High School and has lived in neighborhoods throughout Portland, currently residing in the Cedar Mill area. He is an avid fisherman, and can often be found floating his drift boat down one of the local rivers. He is married with two children, Liam and Olivia.
Annemarie Reger, Owner
Annemarie Reger is Team Leader of the Craig Reger Group. She manages the systems of the office including marketing, human resources, client relations, and accounting and is passionate about growth and ensuring that we provide an extraordinary experience for each of our clients. Annemarie is also a Mastery Agent Coach for Keller Williams International’s Coaching Company, MAPS, and coaches real estate agents throughout the country. She is a former Public Relations executive and Elementary School teacher. She graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Political Science and later earned a Master’s Degree from University of Portland. Active in the community, Annemarie has served on numerous Boards of Directors and volunteers her time for multiple non-profit organizations in the Portland area. She resides in NW Portland where she lives with her husband, Craig Reger and their two children. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Andrea Menzel, Broker
Director of Sales
Andrea Menzel is our Director of Sales. She oversees each one of our transactions from start to finish, ensuring all terms of the sale best meet the needs of our clients. Andrea trains, leads and supports all of our Brokers to ensure we are always exceeding our clients’ expectations. Having trained directly with Craig Reger for more than 4 years, Andrea has handled more transactions than most seasoned Realtors and as a result, is a strong negotiator who successfully positions our clients to obtain the best deal possible with the terms they want! From the initial consultation to closing, our Buyers and Sellers enjoy the highest level of professional, client-centered services. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, Andrea is always looking to WIN for our clients! Andrea is a native Oregonian and graduate of Linfield College. When not busy helping our clients and agents, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Director of Growth
Dawn Sward Pastores is the Director of Growth for the Craig Reger Group. She manages the lead generation efforts, recruits, hires and trains new team members. Dawn has over 25 years of organizational development experience working as an independent contractor and in leadership within large corporations. Dawn received her undergraduate degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from George Fox University and later received her Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a contributing author to the bestselling book Masters of Sales. Dawn volunteers in her community and spends her spare time with her two daughters, friends and family.
Tony Morgan is a full-time licensed Broker. He advises and assists our Buyers throughout the home search process and skillfully navigates them through the complexities of today’s ever-changing real estate market. This keen understanding of the home buying process helps him to also expertly guide Sellers as they prepare to list and market their home. With extensive experience in customer service, Tony is a perfectionist when handling clients’ needs and is known for his hard work, dedication and exceptional communication. Tony has a passion for personal growth, leadership, and community outreach and is a graduate of Oregon State University.
Marcy Patton, Broker
Marcy Patton is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Listing Specialist. Born and raised in Portland, she knows our incredible city and surrounding neighborhoods, including schools and sights that make each area special.With 14 years as a licensed Realtor, Marcy brings negotiation skills to the table and an understanding of each step in the selling process.Working primarily with Sellers, Marcy takes an early interest in where they want to move and helps them purchase a new home when staying in the area. Marcy is a Graduate of the University of Oregon Business School. Married for over 24 years, Marcy and her husband enjoy the many outdoor activities possible in the Pacific Northwest including, hiking and walking, beach trips, golfing and swimming. They have a son attending Oregon State University.
Jason Holcombe is a licensed broker who specializes in servicing our clients through the very beginning of the home buying and selling process. He provides expertise and guidance for all of our prospective buyers and sellers to help them achieve their Real Estate goals. Jason Holcombe grew up in the Bay Area and moved up to Vancouver Washington in 2005 and shortly after began attending George Fox University in Newberg. After graduation Jason remained in Newberg and continued to develop his love of the outdoors and has been living in Newberg for 10 years. Over those 10 years Jason has witnessed the area grow and develop and has become very knowledgeable on the majority of the upper Willamette Valley area. In his free time Jason enjoys anything evolving the outdoors, spending time at the Oregon coast, and enjoying famous Newberg landmarks like the drive-in movie theater.
Debra’s love of real estate grew quite naturally from a long family history of builders and real estate investors. With a lifetime of local knowledge in her community, and a strong win/win attitude.
Debra epitomizes integrity, hard work, creative problem solving and attention to detail in every real estate transaction. In addition to her passion for helping her clients, Debra brings decades of experience representing buyers and sellers, investors, builders, and also has an extensive background in the banking and lending industry. When not working, Debra enjoys bringing her extensive remodel and design background to clients, offering them ways to add value to their homes, enjoying the great outdoors, entertaining family and friends, as well as volunteering her time, and organizational skills, to raise funds for local charities supporting children and Veterans.
Colleen Benson, Broker
Salem Area Buyer & Listing Specialist
A resident of South Salem, Colleen specializes in working with homebuyers and sellers throughout the Willamette Valley. She has a track record of proven results with 17 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and 10 years as a marketing professional. Colleen has owned two Portland restaurants, both well received and acknowledged in the Portland food scene. Through her business ownership and experiences, she has created a network of industry professionals to collaborate with on various projects. She is known amongst her colleagues and clients for her attention to detail, follow through, enthusiasm, and leadership when it comes to managing projects and clients.
Danny grew up surrounded by the world of real estate. His father, an architect contractor, introduced him to the business at age 15. A decade and a half later, he is making a name for himself as a Realtor and go-getter with Keller Williams Palo Alto. He and his wife Amanda now work side by side and produce a stress-free, highly efficient environment in which they serve Bay Area buyers, sellers and investors. They possess the energy, enthusiasm, and drive to provide top-notch service to their clients. Danny thrives in competitive settings and often tells his clients how much he wants to “win big” for them, and then he does! As a Bay Area native, Danny has the local expertise to assist buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. In his free time, Danny likes to play basketball (Go Warriors!) and whip up delicious meals at home.
Bay Area Buyer & Listing Specialist
Amanda works as a licensed real estate broker alongside her husband, Danny Burgess, in the beautiful California Bay Area. She is the backbone of the Bay Area team and works diligently to ensure that all of our clients receive A+ service. Amanda is no stranger to helping others achieve their goals. She attributes much of her confidence in creating and fostering client relationships with her background in social work. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacramento State University, California and left two weeks before her graduation to travel abroad and teach English in Thailand. When she is not working hard on behalf of buyers and sellers in the Bay Area, she can be found reading travel books, doing crafty home projects, and hanging out with friends and family.
Diana Short, a licensed Broker, works on our team as our Transaction Coordinator. She works with our Brokers attending to every detail of every escrow ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish for each of our clients. She has successfully closed hundreds of transactions and has worked through the most complex issues. Diana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and brings with her tremendous professional experience in customer service and client relations. A Northwest native, Diana loves enjoying the outdoors- riding ATVs, swimming and skiing. She is also passionate about art and traveling to new places. Diana is married and has two children.
As a member of the administrative team, Diego supports the office operations. In addition, he provides excellent customer service and professionalism by providing assistance in client paperwork from contract through escrow and closing. Diego has over six years of administrative assistant experience. He received a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from the University of Arizona, and is pursuing a Masters degree in Public Administration and Management and Operations. Diego was raised in Connecticut and is a newcomer to the Portland metro area. He’s an avid reader and enjoys photography and painting on his spare time.
