Craig M. Reger, GRI, Principal Broker
Craig Reger has been selling real estate in Portland for more than 17 years. For the past twelve years, he has been consistently recognized as one of Oregon’s top-producing Realtors. His tremendous experience, understanding and knowledge of the market bring a level of expertise and insight to each of our clients’ transactions that is simply second to none. He is able to skillfully negotiate and navigate through the most complex real estate transactions, and he has been recognized within Keller Williams, as well as within the Portland Metro community, for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results. Craig served as the 2011 President of the PMAR Million Dollar Club (MDC) and was honored as the 2008 PMAR MDC Broker of the Year. In addition to running the Craig Reger Group, he is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor brokerage office and coaches and trains other real estate brokers throughout the Portland area. Though an East Coast native, Craig grew up in Beaverton, attended Aloha High School and has lived in neighborhoods throughout Portland, currently residing in the Cedar Mill area. He is an avid fisherman, and can often be found floating his drift boat down one of the local rivers. He is married with two children, Liam and Olivia.
Annemarie Reger, Owner
Vice President of Marketing & Operations
Annemarie Reger is Vice President of Marketing & Operations for the Craig Reger Group. She develops and coordinates company marketing and advertising and manages the systems of the office including human resources, client relations, and accounting. Annemarie is a former Public Relations executive and Elementary School teacher. She graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Political Science and later earned a Master’s Degree from University of Portland. Active in the community, Annemarie currently serves as President of St. Pius X School PTO, has served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Portland, and volunteers her time for multiple non-profit organizations in the Portland area. She resides in NW Portland where she lives with her husband, Craig Reger and their two children. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Ben Droukas is Vice President of Sales for the Craig Reger Group. He specializes in working with home sellers- expertly pricing, marketing and selling properties. Ben brings vast negotiating experience to each transaction as prior to joining the Craig Reger Group, he worked as the Sales Manager for one of Oregon’s largest homebuilders where he negotiated more than 1500 real estate contracts. A Portland native, Ben is a graduate of Jesuit High School and earned a degree in Marketing from Oregon State University. He is married and has three children.

Andrea Menzel is our Lead Buyer’s Agent. She oversees each one of our Buyer’s transactions from start to finish, ensuring all terms of the sale best meet the needs of our clients. Andrea works with our Buyer’s Agents and Showing Specialists to find each buyer the home that best fits their needs. Andrea utilizes her knowledge of all the Portland area neighborhoods and our real estate market to find buyers a property that truly meets their needs, whether they are a first time home buyer, an investor or anyone in between. Having trained directly with Craig Reger for more than 2 years, Andrea has handled more transactions than most seasoned Realtors and as a result, is a strong negotiator who successfully positions her clients to obtain the best deal possible with the terms they want! From the initial consultation to closing, Andrea’s clients enjoy the highest level of professional, client-centered services. She is dedicated to making the buying process stress-free and enjoyable for every client, and it is Andrea’s attention to detail that really sets her apart. Andrea is a native Oregonian and graduate of Linfield College. When not busy helping Buyers, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Martine Elizondo is a full-time licensed Broker and works on our team as a Buyer’s Specialist. She advises and assists our Buyers throughout the home search process and skillfully navigates them through the complexities of today’s ever-changing real estate market. Martine has been working in a variety of areas in the Real Estate industry for over a decade including property management and commercial real estate, and keeps customer service at the root of everything she does. With extensive experience in customer service, Martine is a perfectionist when handling client’s needs and is known for her hard work, dedication and exceptional communication. Martine has a passion for personal growth, leadership, and community outreach, which she exemplifies by the many leadership roles she has held as a member of Toastmasters International. A New Mexico native, Martine relocated to the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Real Estate Finance.

Diana Short, a licensed Broker, works on our team as one of our Transaction Coordinators. She works with our Brokers attending to every detail of every escrow ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish for each of our clients. Diana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and brings with her tremendous professional experience in customer service and client relations. A Northwest native, Diana loves enjoying the outdoors- riding ATVs, swimming and skiing. She is also passionate about art and traveling to new places. Diana is married and has two children.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Sarah has a wealth of experience in business ownership, marketing and commercial real estate. She resides in Lake Oswego with her two sons.

Emily Rosumny works full time assisting new home buyers just beginning their home search or home sellers who are in the first stages of the home selling process. Working directly with both our Buyers team and Seller team Emily strives to give our clients superior customer service at every turn ensuring a smooth home buying or home selling process. Emily has a strong administrative background and is recognized for being highly detail-oriented and organized. She was born and raised in Portland and holds a BA in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago, as well as a Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Georgefox University. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 year old son.
Natalie Papagni, Office Manager
Natalie Papagni keeps all things running smoothly behind the scenes as our full-time Office Manager. Natalie has extensive experience in both the non-profit and the customer service industries, gaining invaluable experience in office operations. She is a graduate of George Fox University with a BA in Organizational Leadership and Management. Originally from California, Natalie and her husband, along with their Poodle mix, Cece, are enjoying discovering all the Portland area has to offer.
