Craig Reger has been selling real estate in Portland for nearly 20 years. For the past fifteen years, he has been consistently recognized as one of Oregon’s top-producing Realtors. His tremendous experience, understanding and knowledge of the market bring a level of expertise and insight to each of our clients’ transactions that is simply second to none. He is able to skillfully negotiate and navigate through the most complex real estate transactions, and he has been recognized within Keller Williams, as well as within the Portland Metro community, for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results. Craig served as the 2011 President of the PMAR Million Dollar Club (MDC) and was honored as the 2008 PMAR MDC Broker of the Year. In addition to running the Craig Reger Group, he is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor brokerage office and Keller Williams Eugene- Springfield brokerage. He coaches and trains other real estate brokers throughout the Portland area. Though an East Coast native, Craig grew up in Beaverton, attended Aloha High School and has lived in neighborhoods throughout Portland, currently residing in the Cedar Mill area. He is an avid fisherman, and can often be found floating his drift boat down one of the local rivers. He is married with two children, Liam and Olivia.
Annemarie Reger is Team Leader of the Craig Reger Group. She manages the systems of the office including marketing, human resources, client relations, and accounting and is passionate about growth and ensuring that we provide an extraordinary experience for each of our clients. Annemarie is also a Mastery Agent Coach for Keller Williams International’s Coaching Company, MAPS, and coaches real estate agents throughout the country. She is a former Public Relations executive and Elementary School teacher. She graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Political Science and later earned a Master’s Degree from University of Portland. Active in the community, Annemarie has served on numerous Boards of Directors and volunteers her time for multiple non-profit organizations in the Portland area. She resides in NW Portland where she lives with her husband, Craig Reger and their two children. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Andrea Menzel is our Director of Sales. She oversees each one of our transactions from start to finish, ensuring all terms of the sale best meet the needs of our clients. Andrea trains, leads and supports all of our Brokers to ensure we are always exceeding our clients’ expectations. Having trained directly with Craig Reger for more than 4 years, Andrea has handled more transactions than most seasoned Realtors and as a result, is a strong negotiator who successfully positions our clients to obtain the best deal possible with the terms they want! From the initial consultation to closing, our Buyers and Sellers enjoy the highest level of professional, client-centered services. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, Andrea is always looking to WIN for our clients! Andrea is a native Oregonian and graduate of Linfield College. When not busy helping our clients and agents, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jim Cavanaugh is a licensed Broker who specializes in working with Sellers, land development as well as Buyers. Clients appreciate his thorough, proactive approach and clear understanding of the local market. Jim brings with him over 20 years of experience in real estate, civil engineering and construction project management with emphasis in the residential and commercial land development sector. Born and raised in Oregon, Jim is a graduate of Western Oregon University and a proud father of two outstanding young men. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, health and fitness and fly fishing the Oregon high lakes.
Tony Morgan, Broker
Tony Morgan is a full-time licensed Broker. He advises and assists our Buyers throughout the home search process and skillfully navigates them through the complexities of today’s ever-changing real estate market. This keen understanding of the home buying process helps him to also expertly guide Sellers as they prepare to list and market their home. With extensive experience in customer service, Tony is a perfectionist when handling clients’ needs and is known for his hard work, dedication and exceptional communication. Tony has a passion for personal growth, leadership, and community outreach and is a recent graduate of Oregon State University.
Jackie Fuller, Broker
Jackie is a licensed broker who specializes in the home buying process, and provides quality and comfort for all of her clients while finding the perfect home for them. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and will consult home buyers in every aspect of the buying process. She will always look out for her client’s best interest and be an advocate for them every step of the journey. Jackie has always lived in Oregon, and went to Oregon State University to complete her degree in business and marketing. On her off time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering at local animal shelters, maintaining an active lifestyle, and reading.

A resident of South Salem, Colleen specializes in working with homebuyers and sellers throughout the Willamette Valley. She has a track record of proven results with 17 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and 10 years as a marketing professional. Colleen has owned two Portland restaurants, both well received and acknowledged in the Portland food scene. Through her business ownership and experiences, she has created a network of industry professionals to collaborate with on various projects. She is known amongst her colleagues and clients for her attention to detail, follow through, enthusiasm, and leadership when it comes to managing projects and clients.
Celeste Schmorde, Broker

Celeste has been helping Eugene area buyers and sellers achieve their individual real estate goals since 2007. Prior to becoming a licensed broker, Celeste spent seven years in the financial services industry, putting her undergraduate studies in Accounting and Business Management to good use. As a lifelong resident of Eugene and University of Oregon alum, she uses her local expertise to benefit each of her clients, even those that are unfamiliar with the area – including some from as far away as Hawaii, Vietnam and Australia! Celeste is active in her real estate community and has been elected to both the Eugene and the Oregon Boards of Directors, appointed as Chairwoman of the Eugene Association of Realtors Education Committee, is a former member of the Business Issues Committee of the Oregon Association of Realtors, and is a current board member and past President of the HOME Foundation, which provides financial resources to create, expand and encourage home ownership opportunities for Oregonians at or below local median income.

As the Director of Operations, Esther oversees the day to day office operations, development, and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Esther is a University of Arizona graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geography and Regional Development. She has over ten years of experience in hospitality management, tax valuation, and human resources. A New Jersey native, she spends her time volunteering, reading, traveling, enjoying the eclectic Portland food scene, and hanging out with her boxer Thor.

Diana Short, a licensed Broker, works on our team as our Transaction Coordinator. She works with our Brokers attending to every detail of every escrow ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish for each of our clients. She has successfully closed hundreds of transactions and has worked through the most complex issues. Diana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and brings with her tremendous professional experience in customer service and client relations. A Northwest native, Diana loves enjoying the outdoors- riding ATVs, swimming and skiing. She is also passionate about art and traveling to new places. Diana is married and has two children.
Ashley Almqvist-Ingersoll, Broker
Ashley Almqvist-Ingersoll is our second licensed Transaction Coordinator who works directly with our Brokers, title companies and lenders to ensure each detail is managed for every Buyer and Seller from the time they’re under contract until closing. Known for her perfectionism, she has extensive administrative and customer service experience with a background in hospitality, legal and financial services. Ashley is a graduate of Willamette University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. She enjoys reading cooking, hiking and going on adventures with her husband and puppy.

Emily Rosumny works full time assisting new home buyers just beginning their home search or home sellers who are in the first stages of the home selling process. Working directly with both our Buyers team and Seller team Emily strives to give our clients superior customer service at every turn ensuring a smooth home buying or home selling process. Emily has a strong administrative background and is recognized for being highly detail-oriented and organized. She was born and raised in Portland and holds a BA in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago, as well as a Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Georgefox University. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 year old son.
As a member of the administrative team, Diego supports the office operations. In addition, he provides excellent customer service and professionalism by providing assistance in client paperwork from contract through escrow and closing. Diego has over six years of administrative assistant experience. He received a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from the University of Arizona, and is pursuing a Masters degree in Public Administration and Management and Operations. Diego was raised in Connecticut and is a newcomer to the Portland metro area. He’s an avid reader and enjoys photography and painting on his spare time.

She also loves supporting her community and has volunteered her time to various local organizations over the years. Lori offers clients a wealth of market insight, both from being a licensed Realtor, and through her personal experience buying and selling real estate. In addition to appreciating long walks in the Rock Creek Country Club area of NW Portland where she and her husband reside, she enjoys golfing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with their two sons.
Jack is a licensed Broker who specializes in providing an exceptional experience for Sellers and Buyers. With over 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Communications, Jack provides customers with professional and expert representation that aims to maximize the return on the investment in their home. As a graduate of the University of Oregon and an avid Duck fan, Jack will also cheer for the Beavers (unless they’re playing the Ducks!)
Joey Epperson, Broker

As a former collegiate All-American at UC Santa Barbara and professional baseball player in the San Diego Padres Organization, Joey’s character, leadership, and attention to detail help his clients feel comfortable and well taken care of in any market setting.
Mary Elizabeth works directly with our listing agents to help guide homeowners through the process of listing and selling their property. With an extensive background in both marketing and customer service, Mary Elizabeth expertly handles every detail of our proven marketing system and keeps our Sellers updated and informed throughout the listing process. Her priority is to always deliver outstanding service to each of our Sellers. A Portland native, Mary Elizabeth is an Oregon State University graduate with a degree in Business, specializing in Merchandising and Marketing. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors either hiking or going to the beach, and is passionate about art and travel.
