Craig M. Reger, GRI
Craig Reger has been selling real estate in Portland for nearly 20 years. He and the Craig Reger Group have been consistently recognized as one of the country’s top-producing Realtors and real estate teams. His tremendous experience, understanding and knowledge of the market bring a level of expertise and insight to each of our clients’ transactions that is simply second to none. He is able to skillfully negotiate and navigate through the most complex real estate transactions, and he has been recognized within Keller Williams, as well as within the Portland Metro community, for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results. Craig served as the 2011 President of the PMAR Million Dollar Club (MDC) and was honored as the 2008 PMAR MDC Broker of the Year. In addition to running the Craig Reger Group, he is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor brokerage office and Keller Williams Eugene-Springfield brokerage. He is also Area Director for Keller Williams Realty Northern California/ Hawaii region. Craig coaches and trains other real estate brokers throughout the United States. Though an East Coast native, Craig grew up in Beaverton, attended Aloha High School and has lived in neighborhoods throughout Portland, currently residing in the Cedar Mill area. He is an avid fisherman, and can often be found floating his drift boat down one of the local rivers. He is married with two children, Liam and Olivia.
Annemarie Reger, Owner
Annemarie Reger is Team Leader of the Craig Reger Group. She manages the systems of the office including marketing, human resources, client relations, and accounting and is passionate about growth and ensuring that we provide an extraordinary experience for each of our clients. Annemarie is also a Mastery Agent Coach for Keller Williams International’s Coaching Company, MAPS, and coaches real estate agents throughout the country. She is a former Public Relations executive and Elementary School teacher. She graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Political Science and later earned a Master’s Degree from University of Portland. Active in the community, Annemarie has served on numerous Boards of Directors and volunteers her time for multiple non-profit organizations in the Portland area. She resides in NW Portland where she lives with her husband, Craig Reger and their two children. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Andrea Menzel is our Director of Sales. She oversees each one of our transactions from start to finish, ensuring all terms of the sale best meet the needs of our clients. Andrea trains, leads and supports all of our Brokers to ensure we are always exceeding our clients’ expectations. Having trained directly with Craig Reger for more than 5 years, Andrea has handled more transactions than most seasoned Realtors and as a result, is a strong negotiator who successfully positions our clients to obtain the best deal possible with the terms they want! From the initial consultation to closing, our Buyers and Sellers enjoy the highest level of professional, client-centered services. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, Andrea is always looking to WIN for our clients! Andrea is a native Oregonian and graduate of Linfield College. When not busy helping our clients and agents, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Brett Day has a very extensive sales background focused on superior customer service, Brett finds helping both buyers and sellers very rewarding and brings exceptional experience to the clients of the Craig Reger Group. Brett, a Portland native enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman especially loves hiking and skiing.
Brian Campbell has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years and brings an expansive knowledge to the team. Just a few of Brian’s areas of expertise include Finance, Seller and Buyer Negotiation, New Construction, Rehab, Assisting Investors in purchasing homes with the intent to flip and Being a Real Estate Investor himself. This extensive background provides Brian with the necessary tools to accommodate all Sellers and Buyers in the ever changing landscape of Real Estate.
Thomas DeMarco is a licensed broker with the Craig Reger Group. With 5 years experience as a professional football player paired with a mortgage loan officer background, Thomas is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. He works diligently to provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, making sure they are informed and guided through the entire process. Thomas graduated from Old Dominion University with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management as well as his Masters in Business Administration.

As the Director of Operations Amber Gilley oversees both growth and development, as well as day to day activities of the Craig Reger Group. She brings a phenomenal track record of success as an independent broker as well as Market Center Administrator of Keller Williams Sunset Corridor. Amber is an Oregon Native, a mother of 3 and grandmother of 2 when away from her desk Amber can be found with friends and family.
Nelie was born and raised in Iowa. She has been in sales most of her working career and has been a licensed Realtor for the past 25 years. The bulk of her real estate career had been spent as an assistant/transaction coordinator. Nelie enjoys interacting with buyers and sellers as they move through the sometimes challenging steps of a real estate transaction. She finds it very rewarding assisting Craig Reger Team agents and clients to accomplish their goals.
Jesse Gibson is the Listing Manager for the Craig Reger Group. He works diligently with our Director of Sales and Brokers to provide exceptional customer service, provide marketing materials, coordinate listing details and supports our administrative team. With 5 years of management experience Jesse provides great leadership, undeniable dedication, and a passion to deliver an experience to all clients that exceeds their expectations. Jesse attended Lower Columbia College where he received his degree in Business Administration.
